Whole Hog Cafe & Catering Company - Springfield, MO Whole Hog Cafe was started in Little Rock, Arkansas, in 2000. The Springfield location is the 14th Whole Hog store but the first in Missouri. We opened our doors just last month and have received a warm welcome from all of our new neighbors.
