* A $100.00 deposit is due 60 days prior to the show date and cancellation must be received in writing no less than 30 days prior to show date in order to receive deposit refund.
* Four people from your group may cancel 72 hours from scheduled event for a refund.
* The final count of your group and final payment is due in our offices 14 days prior to show date.
